No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and as a small business, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted. Please make sure you look at all photos and size description before purchasing.
Damaged items
At Wet Cherry Co., we take great care in packaging your crystals securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, original packaging, and the shipping box. We will determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis and contact you. We are unable to process damage claims without photo documentation. Natural variations, minor imperfections, and small bits in packaging is normal and not considered damaged.
