Do you offer payment plans? If you're looking for an instalment plan, we recommend using PayPal Express Checkout, which offers flexible payment options for eligible customers. These include Pay in 4 (interest-free, four payments over six weeks on purchases from $30 to $1,500) and Pay Monthly (longer repayment terms with variable interest rates for larger purchases), both of which allow you to split the cost at checkout.
How long will my order take to process? We're getting your order ready for shipment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. This timeframe will be significantly reduced if you purchased Express Processing. Orders are packed chronologically, and express orders move to the front of the line. Once your parcel is ready for pickup by our shipping partner, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Can I update my address after placing my order? Yes! You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order using the Order Editing Feature on your order status page in your Account Dashboard
After that window closes, your order will be locked in and moved into our packing queue. Please reach out to customer service ASAP if you need to change your address and your order is no longer editable.
